He went on inside and closed the covering to the tiny room. He then sat knelt down before the bench and crossed himself again as he bowed his head.
"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. My last confession was about a year and six months ago. I tried tae stay continual with the masses and my confessions after my mum passed away as she had asked me tae do so upon her grave three years agae, but 'ave nae since coming up tae London and now 'ere in Whitby."
