Ruth clicked her tongue impatiently and rolled her eyes. "Forget about that. Ye look like ye carry sum't."

Francis rose a brow. "Carry what?" He didn't know what she meant and would have ignored her but had no idea what she could do.

"Syphilis or sum't..." she declared.

Francis looked shocked and then laughed. "Sorry to disappoint. I am not, not that it's your concern... You on the other hand " he shrugged to show his uncertainty.

She shrugged once more. "So what church?"
