What? "Well, you can wait a bit until you eat again," Anthony called out as well. "it's not like you'll DIE if you don't get to eat for a while."

James lay back down on the bed. "I have a stomach ache."

Sigh. Anthony speedwalked back into the bedroom and sat down on the bed. He can clean up later. Alas, however, his empathy overpowered his irritation and so he just felt really bad finally for James. "Shouldn't have eaten so much chocolate so fast," he advised with a shrug. "do you want me to....do something about it?" What's he supposed to do when a kid has a stomach ache??? He is not prepared at all for this.

James rubbed his belly. "Have you any medicine?" he asked. Nothing above one's daily intake of mercury.

Anthony blinked. "No." He just always hoped really hard that he wouldn't die and it usually worked.

"Oh... Good. My da' says it will kill you." And he quickly added: "I mean, used to say that."

Why did James even ask if he had medicine if he would not have even taken it? "Well, I mean, I've heard of a lot of people who have taken medicine and not gotten killed," he said, extremely aware now of the fact that James probably has living family out there and he just fucking damn near stole a kid from its parents, which didn't help him feel less anxious. "no matter. Not like I have any medicine in this place, anyway."

"Good..... I'm bored." he said, probably for the hundredth time today.

Please stop being bored James. "Well, is there anything you want to do, then?" Anthony sighed, also probably for the hundreth time today. Something that wouldn't involve in him being humiliated or taunted or criticized again, preferrably. Though he found himself at a loss thinking about what a kid with a swollen ankle and a stomach ache could ry do.

"You should tell me another story." James demanded.
