Eiijah shrugged and smiled. "I am a timid man when it comes to love. And far too worried I would think there are hints that are only in my head. I don't think I could handle being wrong."

"Aye, it's tricky..." Simon admitted. "But I'm sure when the time comes, ye will know."

Elijah smiled. "if I ever meet anyone that I think so, maybe I'll invite you back home to meet them and give me your advice."He chuckled softly as he didn't see himself changing or finding someone who'd be so obvious.

Simon grinned. "Deal."

Elijah smiled and shook his hand. "Deal. If it works out and I end up with someone of my own, I'll owe you .. something." he shrugged as he had no idea at the moment but was sure one day he'd find a way to make it up to him.

"Seeing you happy will be enough. You've done so much for me.... Let's go back." he added.

Elijah nodded and turned to head home. He tilted his head towards Simon. "You're starting to sound like me."

"Because I just want your happiness?" He asked. "How could I not?"

Elijah teasingly poked his shoulder. "You can't just be happy cause I'm happy. You should ask for more. You're the one who's taken risks to get where you are. I want you to ask for more."

"Right," said Simon. "I'll be happy when you're happy, with someone, and he has my approval."
