Wesley winced as he was struck in the leg, but luck was on his side as the club was badly damaged before hitting him, so it merely smarted. He looked down in relief but then up in time to see the strong figure crash into him to try to take the club from him. He growled holding it tightly and trying to get the other off of him. "You're a madman!" He shouted.

One hand slipped free in hopes to catch Francis off guard and twist the club from his hands, but when he brought up the other hand to push his chest back quickly, he felt something strange. His eyes widened as he noticed the binding and looked at the other 'man's' face and couldn't help a smirk. "You're a.." he didn't get to say much more as letting go of the club with one hand had been a risk, but now he'd distracted enough to give the other time to take it from him.
