Were Anthony not actively kissing Elijah he might have laughed or grinned or done something along those lines, but alas, he was a bit occupied at the moment. As it became clear that Elijah had no problems with this, Anthony pulled away for only a moment, shifring and adjusting the way he was sitting to make this more comfortable for him (which basically led to him sitting on Elijah's lap but that's just a side-effect you have to deal with at times), before resuming the kiss again.
