Despite his usual skepticism, the euphoria of possibly getting to even perhaps pet a cat much overwhelmed his anxiety. Anthony followed after Elijah, basically having to speedwalk in order to keep up with him—one of the downsides of being a manlet. But holy shit he was going to see his CAT and that was awesome and maybe his enthusiasm was because of him being a bit too tipsy for his own good but holy shit cats.
