Mrs. Pearson nodded.  It sounded like that household if it was as she had heard.  Not looking into what happened for sure and being all snippy about something that likely couldn't be helped in the first place. 

"Well, we currently have one young child here, Miss Heidi, and often already have the infant twins over here as well.  Once the wedding happens, then it will be full-time.  We consider them a priority to other tasks if they are in need of something, in danger of something (which can be often with Miss Heidi exploring here and there),"  she added that little personal note with a fondly chuckle, "or hurt in some way, of course.  Though the nanny, who will also be a governess until the children are old enough to be driven into town for schooling or get a proper tutor for the job here, watch over them.  Miss Heidi sometimes gets away from Nanny though, so you would have to be on the lookout for that and alert Nanny."

"You said you are Mrs. O'Conner.  Will he be wanting to work for the stables here or somewhere in town?"  She asked putting the references to the side for the moment and focused on the woman in front of her.
