Caelan was excited to return home one last time.  He was certain his new life would be so much better.  He only wished he didn't have to worry about a certain big kid who probably wanted to kill him.  As he thought about the kid, he touched the kid's younger brother's sling shot.  It was nice.  Hopefully it would protect him if he needed it.  He went on his way from the bakery to his house, only half looking out for any trouble.  He didn't really expect any.  Besides he would use the sling shot in case he showed up.  Since he boarded up the window he hardly ever used anyway, he went in the usual way, through the front door.  As he picked the lock, he thought he heard a sound but didn't see anything when he turned around.  So he went back to picking the lock for the last time.

Once he got the door opened, that was when he was pushed inside by an unknown force.
