"I'm glad to be of help."  He gave a warm smile.  "You've had a lot of hits all right close together.  Once you get your feet settled down and firm again, it will be easier.  You will find you have a support group here.  Friends."  He said with a hopeful glance around.  He hated the idea of the lady having to deal with all of it alone.

He chuckled.  "At least she is getting most of it into her mouth.  But yeah, now you see why your skill is most needed.  Otherwise, the maids would be always either doing laundry or giving her baths or both all the time.  I likely would just be hiring a seamstress to make her new frocks more often.   Though I have a feeling when she gets old enough to get into dresses and fashion, I will have that ahead of me anyway."  He chuckled giving her a nod of thanks for the towel before wiping Heidi's face and hands before going back to his own stew that was nearly done.
