Teresa smiled up at Benny and wanted to kiss him, but refrained from doing so just yet. There wasn't an alley she could pull him into for some privacy nearby, but she knew they'd pass one soon enough. "You think so?" She tucked a lock of reddish-brown hair behind her ear and smiled coyly at him, letting her hand slip into the grip of his. It felt so natural, already, that it made her smile turn warm. As she passed the scarf shop, she paused, eyeing the wares, then glanced at Benny, telling him with her eyes to make a distraction.
Whatever he did, it worked, and she had the red and gold scarf in her inside pocket with the pocketwatch in an instant with no one the wiser. She grabbed Benny's hand again and tugged at him, acting like a lovesick young girl, pointing at something out at see with an innocent grin. She scanned the crowd briefly, then seeing no one's gaze on her, she drew Benny away, her grin fading into a smaller smile. As soon as they passed an empty alleyway, she tugged him inside and leaned against the wall, laughing softly. She drew the scarf out of her pocket and wrapped it around his neck to pull his lips against hers. "C'mere, you."
