Francis smirked and waited behind the door until he heard footsteps. He was planning to throw open the door to surprise him again.

When Gabe came back, he put down the clothes in front of the door.

Francis flung open the door before he could move. "These are mine to borrow? You must be making your way up to Saint you're being so kind." He had a huge playful grin as he looked at him, hands on his hips.

Gabriel was just crouching to put down the clothes when the door flung open, giving him a full view of what God had blessed Francis with upon his birth. He rose, dropped the clothes, picked them up and handed them to Francis, flustered. "Sorry."

Francis smiled more, "What are you sorry for?" He grabbed the clothes but didn't move.

"I err... I don't know." He rushed away to his own room, closed the door behind him and sank into his chair. What had just happened?

Francis giggled and closed the door and went to finish his bath in a cheerful mood.

The next morning, Gabriel knocked on the door, a pile of clothes in his arms.

Francis rubbed his eyes as he opened the door, wearing the borrowed clothing. "Hmm? Oh these mine? They dried fast. Thanks. I feel like a king after sleeping in a real bed.."

"Just for the night..." He repeated uncomfortably. "I hope that this will help you find a job more easily."
