"Oh, well that's something," said Harry hypocritically.

Anthony was getting so tired of this. "...Right. Yeah, it is," he shrugged, taking another sip from his glass. "I mean, even if she did drink, you're hardly one to judge." Considering what they were doing right now.

"Hey, a man needs a drink now and then. That's different!" Harry defended himself. Women who come to pubs... I wouldn't trust them..." He would harass them, probably. But he wouldn't trust them.

Anthony frowned. "How is it any different?" he tilted his head, waiting for an answer as if he were ignorant about the whole affair and not just trying to get a rise out of the guy so that he'll have an excuse to leave.

"Women can't handle their alcohol..." Harry said. "Plus... the ones that come to pubs are clearly lookin' for t' attention of t' men..."

"If men don't go to pubs solely to seek out the attention of women, then why should women be always seeking out men?" Okay, this was getting very irritating very quickly and Anthony was on the brink of getting actually mad at this guy.

Harry frowned. He didn't like being contradicted when he was drunk. Not when he was sober either, actually, but that was a different matter. "It's a man's place!" he said, irritated.

"I don't understand," Anthony deadpanned in a way that only a man who actually understood everything that was going on here did, "explain to me why it's a man's place."

"Because..." Harry was annoyed. "It is! Look around ye!"

Anthony looked around like he was told to do, but it was really just for show. "I still don't get it. Explain it to me."
