Even though Elizabeth has been in Whitby a year now with her family, she could not get over how beautiful the fishing port was. Sure Newcastle had had in beatuy and coast line but Tynemouth, Whitley Bay and Cullercoats were a good hour steam ride away from the industrious city.

She like how close the beach was, she often walked across either side of the beach after work, sometimes she in the summer she play in it waves.

She was finishing work, her  clothing covered in flour from working on bread all day,  the bakery her father ran was successful in her few view and thus life as a Baker was better then most options available to woman.

Her mother was often in the bakery running the till, she would talk the ears of customers if she could, especially of young men came in. Her mother would often say what a good match she'd be for them, causing her to apologise with embrassment.

Now it was time to leave the bakery, she changed out of her baking clothing and into a red dress  and out on her bonnet, now she could explore  the town a bit.

She didn't know where she wanted to go, maybe she check out a sewing shop or go yo the local pub and meet up with some friends,  the night was young and she like to spend her fee time having fun.
