Born in whitby in 1871 as the third eldest child but oldest daughter to Magnus & Anne Carrington, She has known nothing other than wealth. Her father made his fortune as a merchant.
she was lucky enough to avoid public school and went to finishing school to learn "the arts" not alot of it was academic but more in setting her up for a life of nobility, she was able to finish at the top of her class. this was meant to make her more suited to married life locked away in some manor house in the country.
Her main interest is horses, she owns several and is a keen polo player, she is captain of the womens team and is campaigning for more recognition for women in the sport. Her fathers business Sponsers the team & most her days are spent in the stable blocks on the estate tending or exercising the horses. |
