Her father is a signalman work for the train station. Her mother is a cook who works for one of the nicer families in the town. She has never felt unloved in her family though there's always been a bit of protectiveness from her older brother and a playful rivalry with her younger one for their parents' attention.
As soon as she was old enough, she'd began to try to get a job to help pay any bills and has managed to pick up some learning by working for a doctor. She's gotten fairly good at her job before he retired and now is looking for a new one. |
