Elijah nodded. "Then have a good day. Take care now." He frowned watching him walk off. The constable then stepped away and turned down an alleyway. He leaned against a wall and buried his face into his hands. It was bad enough he was always haunted by the idea he wasn't good enough at his job, he didn't need the paper rubbing his nose in it! He just wanted to help people!
