Rose smiled, and feeling quite courageous all of a sudden she said: "I would give ye a kiss on t' cheek now, as prepayment, but you'll have to lean down for it, tall as ye are."

He leaned down for her and turned his head so she could kiss his cheek. "Yer wish is my command," he said with a chuckle.

Shyly, Rose placed a light peck on his check and stepped back, looking at him and blushing deep.

He gave a warm smile to her for that one and gave her a kiss back on her cheek. Then he stood up straight and said, "I am glad we got to do this today, Miss Rose."

Rose tensed up a little when he got near to kiss her cheek, but soon relaxed again. "So am I. It was a lovely afternoon." she said.
