Alasdair grinned "be best too ma'am, let him spend the night thinking about what he's done and I'll sign him out early tomorrow morning" alasdair knew what awaited him when he got home but better to let the dust settle and then allow him to head home. Allow the alcohol out his system and him sober up for his work in the morning.
He looked to lottie once more "get yourself away home and avoid the village gossip. Ill send him home in the morning" he tilted his hat "good day to you ma'am" and walked off back towards the station
