"Not going at all?" Claude offered with a small smile. He was taking his time with the painting, trying to make the job last longer then he normally would. Really he should be finishing up quickly so that the man could get to the ball. It was surprising he had stayed at all. Was he worried Claude would steal something if he was left alone?
