"I am not particularly hungry," she said honestly. Traveling always seemed to bother her some but she would be alright. Her fingers continued to roll around in a circle as she peered at him sleepily.

"Yes, I did rather say you seemed disinclined to rise from bed, my dear. So what exactly is it you want to do?" The big man inquired before he leaned in to press a kiss to her cheek lightly. He was concerned for her well-being since she seemed so unduly fatigued.

"I am fine, I promise," she said and rolled onto her side to look at him. "It shall pass, it always does." She gave a small smile.

"Ah, you travel poorly?" Charles inquires, it wasn't the end of the world if that was the case but he was curious for sure.

She nodded lightly, "Yes. Just a little. That's all." She moved closer to him, her head resting on his shoulder. "It's better just to let me sleep as opposed to getting ill. I am used to it by now."

"Hrmm, well considering how much travelling we will have to do you have my condolences," Charles says pressing a kiss to the top of her head. The life of a travelling entertainer had quite a lot of time spent in this carriage. At least she didn't seem ready to vomit, she simply seemed unduly drained. He wondered if there was anything he could do for her, perhaps some green or peppermint tea might settle her stomach? "Would a cuppa help?" He inquired once that thought occurred to him.

"Perhaps it would. But I will be fine in about a half an hour or so. I'll nibble a little bit after that." She smiled and nuzzled him. "I promise, it takes a bit for me to get hungry after I wake up sometimes." She sat up then and drew her knees toward her chest. "Thank you for napping with me, my darling man."

"Of course," Charles says with a grin as she sat up. He joined her pushing off of the bed and stretching his arms over his head. "Perhaps I'll make tonight's dinner a light one. Some soup maybe?" He'd been forced to learn how to cook to make ends meet. He wasn't a great chef but the food he made filled the belly so what more could one ask for?

"That sounds just fine to me," she said. She knew how to cook, so he wouldn't have to all the time, they could probably team up and do it. She gazed at him in appreciation, loving the way he looked. She couldn't believe they would be married by morning.

Leaving her to continue to rest and recover he got to work on a simple soup. They had some leftover chicken from the night previous and with a bit of work, he soon had a simple chicken and noodle soup cooking over the little portable stove he used outside of the cart. The living space within was comfortable enough but not so large that they could have a kitchen.
