"Charles, I didn't think I believed in love at first sight until the day I met you. I am glad that we met, as I have never felt so happy in my life as this short time that I have been with you. I vow to love you, respect you, bear your fruit and give you all of me until my last breath." There was a collective sigh in the audience for the vows they shared.

There was more from the officiant as he spoke about love, marriage, and how grave a promise these oaths were to make to another. Charles barely heard any of it until the old man finally said. "You may now kiss the bride."

At which point he wrapped up in his arms and pressed his lips to hers in a deep, passionate, and definitely crowd-pleasing kiss.

As always, he took her breath away when he kissed her. She looked up at him after it was through and gave a dazed smile. She was married to the most handsome man she had ever seen. She truly believed she was in love with the man already, otherwise this would never have happened. Penny smiled up at him, a dazed but happy expression written across her face.

At some point, the pastor had pronounced them man and wife but neither of them had actually heard that line. Still, Charles knew what to do looping his arm through hers as they walked down the aisle and toward the doors of the church as the crowd they'd gathered cheered. This had been nothing if not a hell of a show for them. Humor, magic, and love were all things that got a crowd going and they followed them out. One person suggested they head to the local tavern to have a proper reception for the young newlyweds the two getting swept up in the excitement as they enjoyed an evening with their new friends.
