RE: Goodbye and thank you - Anthony Rowe - 05-01-2021

"Not much," Anthony said, somewhat displeased at being caught again. He saw an opportunity, and he took it—nothing wrong with that. Maybe if Tristan didn't want to be pickpocketed, he shouldn't have turned his back on the man who'd already tried to do that. "you should be more careful."

Tristan really wanted to get rid of this guy, but clearly walking away didn't help. He started dragging him in the direction of the police station again, without a word this time.

Anthony sighed, but did not protest. He was still not afraid in the slightest. He knew the police—they were a bit awful at their jobs. "Did that get you mad? Are you angry? Irritated?" If he wasn't before then he probably would be now, Anthony mused.

Tristan was far from a violent man. He hated violence. And yet the urge to punch this guy in the face was so strong. But he did not respond. With some relief, he noticed that the police station came into view.

Anthony would've preferred a response, but he was still very, very glad that he was annoying the man. "I'll be taking that as a yes," he decided. He was pleased that the police station was right there—he was getting a bit tired.

Tristan led the man into the police station still silent. He was glad the ordeal was almost over, and he still had enough confidence in the Whitby police to believe that they would make the criminal regret his smugness and overconfidence very soon.

Anthony was pleased that they'd finally arrived. "Finally." It was awfully silent, so he assumed that there was noone here, just like last time. He pulled his arm out of the man's grasp.

He let go of Anthony's arm when the man pulled it away. Then he looked around, displeased when he saw no one at the front desk. He looked around, but there was nobody there. "Hello?" he called down the corridor.

As soon as he was off his leash, Anthony instantly made a beeline for the chair at the front desk, and sat down. If this was anything like last time, they'd be stuck here waiting for a long time. "Probably noone here," he shrugged.
