It was comfortable. Tobias opened his eyes and put his hand on Anthony's leg. Anthony was right. Fuck future him.

Anthony tilted his head at the touch. He most certainly hadn't ben expecting it, but it didn't bother him at all. That being said, he now had even less of an idea of what to do, and so just sat still, not moving.

"Are you okay?" said Tobias. He sat up.

Anthony almost flinched. He hadn't expected that he would, like, talk to him again. "What? Yeah, I'm fine," he nodded.

"Okay." His hand was still there. But he also kind of didn't know what to do next. He withdrew. He was married. Right.

Anthony was kind of sad that he withdrew his hand, but he didn't show it. "Yeah. 'Okay'." What the hell was going on?

He looked at his glass intently. Right. He should go now. He tried to het up, leaning on the table, but he slipped, moved his hand across the table and knocked his glass off. It scattered to pieces on the floor.

"Right!" Shouted the barmaid, whose attention had been drawn by the noise. "That's going on the tab too!"

Aw, was he leaving? Anthony was a bit sad about that as well. But that sadness quickly turned into another bout of laughter as he saw Tobias knock his glass on the floor. He put his hand to his mouth to stop himself from laughing.

He sat back down, accepting the laughter this time. "Well... that was dumb... I'm really drunk."

Anthony giggled. "I can tell!" he smiled, and then quickly turned to move his own glass a bit further away so that he himself wouldn't do the same thing as well. "You're funny."
