"Aye... but future you will thank ye..." Tobias said, and he picked up the glass, thought he put it to his lips, and tossed half of it over his waistcoat and trousers.

"Future me can go fuck himself," he said, as he kept drinking his water. He was ready to just sit there and brood like an angsty child, but then Tobias spilled all that water on himself, and Anthony couldn't help but howl in laughter.

Tobias looked down sulky when Anthony laughed. "That's not nice," he said. He picked up the glass again, and managed to actually drink the water. He did nearly crack the glass when he set it down again.

"I'm sorry!" Anthony apologized, still laughing a bit, though he stopped rather quickly. He finished his water, took Tobias' face in his hands again, and pouted a bit. "See how sorry I am?"

Tobias patted Anthony's shoulder. "It's okay."

Anthony smiled, and leaned forward briefly to give Tobias a quick peck on the nose as if it were the most normal thing in the world. And, well, to drunk Anthony it certainly was. He let go of his face and went back to mostly minding his own business.

Tobias moved back quickly. There was still some part of his brain that remembered that this was inappropriate. "I have a wife," he said. Because that was why, right?

In Anthony's eyes, that comment was completely unprovoked. "Huh? Okay. That's nice. I'm happy for you."
