RE: God, I Hate... Whitby - Anthony Rowe - 07-01-2020

"Yeah, he fed me quite well," Anthony smirked. He wasn't sure what he was trying to accomplish by doing that, but he was going to keep going because it was something amusing. "don't think that's the kind of thing you should wish on a child, Noah..."

RE: God, I Hate... Whitby - Elijah Crane - 07-01-2020

Elijah glared at Anthony, "That isn't funny." He nodded to Noah. "Did you know your little brother wants to leave your family and get adopted?"

RE: God, I Hate... Whitby - Noah Longbottom - 07-01-2020

Noah pulled a disgusted face at Anthony, but then his attention was drawn by Elijah's words. "What? Which one... James?" Had to be James. He was always doing stupid stuff. "He can't be adopted. Our parents are alive."

RE: God, I Hate... Whitby - Anthony Rowe - 07-01-2020

Anthony rolled his eyes, but let it go. Though he didn't initially care at all about whatever the new topic was, his attention was briefly piqued by what Noah said. But then it waned yet again. "You and your priest gonna adopt him, then? How wonderful."

RE: God, I Hate... Whitby - Elijah Crane - 07-01-2020

Elijah looked to Noah, "Well, technically.. if he can convince the court that your parents aren't taking care of him.. he could be open to being adopted by someone else."

"Me and Kemble?" He laughed lightly.

RE: God, I Hate... Whitby - Noah Longbottom - 07-01-2020

"What?" Noah said, suddenly very worried. And not about Elijah and Kemble. "No! That twit! He can't! Ye gotta tell him he can't! I'm lookin' after him!"

Clearly.

RE: God, I Hate... Whitby - Anthony Rowe - 07-01-2020

"Shut the hell up, Noah. Fucking toddler." Though Noah's fit annoyed him a little, Anthony was suddenly very pleased with himself, and even that couldn't really mar his mood. "And don't play dumb, Elijah, we both know who I'm talking about."

RE: God, I Hate... Whitby - Elijah Crane - 07-01-2020

Elijah shook his head. "Look, if you want, you could adopt him. But you'd have to prove you could help take care of him. I think it isn't a bad thing for him to want to be taken care of. He'd never want to leave town, he clearly cares about you. I talked to him about it, you two could still hang out."

He rose his brow at Anthony. "Richards isn't in town anymore. So I don't know what you're getting at."

RE: God, I Hate... Whitby - Noah Longbottom - 07-02-2020

Noah made a rude gesture at Anthony, but turned his attention back to Elijah. "Ye can't let 'im! He's part of our family!" He wondered what was going on between Elijah, Anthony and that priest, but he was too occupied with James to think much about it.

RE: God, I Hate... Whitby - Anthony Rowe - 07-02-2020

Anthony laughed. "Ah, just forget about it, Elijah," he dismissed it, a pleased smile on his face as he leaned back against the wall and closed his eyes, now very content with simply listening to whatever argument there was going on.
