RE: The Cavemen - Gabriel Richards - 05-23-2020

Gabriel kept quiet again. This was going to be a long couple of hours.

RE: The Cavemen - Anthony Rowe - 05-23-2020

Anthony greatly preferred silence to another awkward conversation. He leaned back against the wall, and yawned. The longer this situation went on for, the more nightmarish it felt.

Gabriel sat there, silently, shivering. At some point, he got up and carefully walked back to where his shoes and socks were, but they were still wet, and colder than before. He walked back into the cave, for the wind was cold, and sat down again. "Seems the water won't reach up as high, so at least we're safe here," he commented. Anthony still avoided looking at Gabriel. "Well. That's good," he responded. His fears didn't grow any smaller because of that, but it was still good to know. Anthony finally managed to muster up the courage to look at him, again. What the fuck was he doing? He stared.

Gabriel rubbed his hands together, trying to create heat.

RE: The Cavemen - Anthony Rowe - 05-23-2020

That made more sense to Anthony than what he was doing before. Anthony still kept staring at Gabriel's hands, though.

Gabriel suddenly became aware of the man's stare and looked at him. "What? What is it?"

RE: The Cavemen - Anthony Rowe - 05-23-2020

Anthony kept staring in silence for a moment, before realizing that he was talking to him. "What? Oh, nothing. Nothing," he said. It quite literally was nothing, but the way he spoke certainly didn't make it seem like it.
