RE: This Can Only Go Wrong - Harry Longbottom - 04-27-2020

"It's a nice town, but there's some bad folk out there." Harry said, because talking shit about others was a great way to keep a conversation going.

RE: This Can Only Go Wrong - Anthony Rowe - 04-27-2020

"Yeah– yeah, there are. Lot of bad people roaming around," Anthony said. "thieves and murderers or whatever. Not sure about the 'murderers' part, actually. There's much more thieves than.....you know what, nevermind." He distracted himself by taking another sip from his glass.

RE: This Can Only Go Wrong - Harry Longbottom - 04-27-2020

"There's murderers occasionally..." Like the son of that bumptious prick, Ward. Must have been such a slap in the face to Mr. Perfect. Harry still relished in that thought. "Mostly thieves though. And the authorities." It was definitely the fault of the authorities. Any of them.

RE: This Can Only Go Wrong - Anthony Rowe - 04-27-2020

"Oh. Well," he didn't particularly have anything to say to that. "yeah, there....certainly are thieves and authorities here. A lot of them, too. Which....sucks, I guess." Anthony took a way too large sip of his drink, and felt as if he was going to puke. Ugh. Like his day wasn't bad enough already.

RE: This Can Only Go Wrong - Harry Longbottom - 04-27-2020

Oh no... that man seemed to suffocate! Harry clapped his back.

Anthony was actually going to be completely fine, had that not happened. He instinctively put a hand to his mouth — thankfully, he only burst into a small coughing fit. Not thankfully, though, the coughing fit basically resulted in him throwing up in his mouth a little. Which was disgusting and made him be almost on the verge of tears, but... at least he didn't puke on something, right? Finding a silver lining was quite difficult, here. But there was one.

RE: This Can Only Go Wrong - Harry Longbottom - 04-27-2020

"You alright?" Harry asked, like the very helpful person he was.

If there was anything here that was actually worthy of being vomited at, it was this guy's voice. Though it took Anthony a few seconds to pull himself back together, when he did he just nodded politely. "Yeah. I'm– I'm good, thanks." That near-puke experience didn't stop him from taking another sip of his drink, though.

RE: This Can Only Go Wrong - Harry Longbottom - 04-27-2020

Harry was entirely unaware of what had been going on in Anthony's mouth, and happily continued drinking. Silence. Wonderful, peaceful silence. "What work did ye do before, then?"

RE: This Can Only Go Wrong - Anthony Rowe - 04-27-2020

"Uh. Like I said, not...much," Anthony stuttered. How many times will this guy force him to say that he doesn't have a job. "I just did...things...to get money. You know." Anthony himself didn't know what he was talking about.
