It wasn't a 'no'. That was good. "That's not really a common thing," Probably. "you shouldn't worry about it too much." Anthony shrugged with one shoulder.

"Oh.. That's good... I don't really know the town well, I guess..." he said. They reached the building, but Tristan was about to walk on, since he was unfamiliar with the area.

So that was that. Anthony was quite excited at the prospect of being back home, but this man, damn him to hell, just kept walking. He would've just left him and gone home, but for obvious reasons he couldn't do that. "Hey," Anthony patted him on the shoulder to grab his attention, and then nodded his head in the direction of the building.

Tristan stopped. "Huh?" he muttered, looking at the man, and then he saw him nodding in the direction of the building. "Oh! Sorry." He began to lead him there. "Do you think you can make it inside on your own?"

"It's okay," Anthony said. He was just glad to be back home. "I think I probably can." There were...walls. Which he could lean on. For support. So yeah, he'd probably manage.

"Alright," he said, and he led Anthony to the door. "I'll check in on you in the morning, if you're alright with that, to check the kidney and liver."

Ah. He didn't expect that. But he wasn't against it, so it was fine. "Yeah, that's alright," he said, standing in the doorway. "thanks for your help."

Tristan nodded. "You're welcome. Take care of yourself." And he began to walk away in the direction from whence he had come.

"Thanks, you too," Anthony said, and as soon as the man began to depart, started to also walk away inside his home and finally try and get some damn rest. He deserved it.
