"You're it!" the toddler argued.

Elijah looked at them and then smiled at Simon. "But this way if you're it.. you can impress us with your great counting." If he refused, Elijah would do it since he didn't like fighting .

Simon cheered up. "One... Two..." he began.
Tom started running.

He smiled and the boy took off to find a place to hide. It wasn't easy but he attempted behind some tall grass.

Simon counted all the way up to ten - take that, Will! - opened his eyes and started looking for his brother and Elijah, somewhat helped by the fact that he had peeked to see where the boys had gone.

Elijah stayed still as he could as he watched. He frowned and hoped he'd win though he wasn't the best at games.

Simon found Elijah. "That's a bad hiding place!" he commented, even though he had only found the boy because he had peeked.

Simon walked straight over to where Tom was.
"You cheated!" his brother complained.

Elijah didn't want to say as he didn't know. He shook his head. "It's fine.. I'll be it now. You both hide.'
