"We can look after the baby until you get back!" Bram offered.
"No you can't! You're going to school and your sisters have work to do!" Ben said.

Elijah laughed softly and ruffled his hair. "Thank you very much for the offer. Right now though, it is important I find where he will get his next meal from. I can consider this part of my job, so I suppose I am working. Thank you though. Perhaps if you have no homework you and your sister can help watch the baby later. "He smiled and then looked to Ben. "I still can not thank you enough. I will let you know how this goes."
