RE: The Founders Ball - Darius Carrington - 09-18-2019 Darius frowned watching her get sick out the window and then the old man was coming. He looked at him wide eyed. "I'd strongly suggest you leave it alone.. I am sure I saw the constable downstairs.. you don't want him coming up here do you? It will certainly ruin your terrible fun.." RE: The Founders Ball - Sonia DeAngelis - 09-18-2019 "Money," she said while still shuddering. "I want my money. You give that to me and I won't tell the constable you drugged me to play with. I am not a toy." RE: The Founders Ball - Darius Carrington - 09-18-2019 Darius rose his brow and walked over between the man and the the girl he just met. He was trembling inside, but the wine helped give him a little strength. "Come on.. just go. I think we have more proof.' RE: The Founders Ball - Sonia DeAngelis - 09-18-2019 The old man growled and threw the purse at her before leaving even after confronted by Darius. He knew the woman meant what she said. Then he was gone and so were the others. She snatched up the money, not because of greed, but in anger, and then she looked up at Darius. "I don't feel so well. Can you walk me back to the Diamond Pony?" RE: The Founders Ball - Darius Carrington - 09-18-2019 Darius didn't feel easy about this. It seemed like she was going to trick him in some way though he didn't know why she would but he didn't have good experiences with prostitutes. He folded his arms but nodded. "Alright.. just remember.. you owe me.' He grabbed his coat and wine and started to leave with her. "I don't know where it is though." RE: The Founders Ball - Sonia DeAngelis - 09-19-2019 "I will pose for you," she mumbled in promise, "But you will have to write it down for me so I remember... I can't remember things. It's hot in here, need air." She made a grab for the bottle of wine but that was just to rinse her mouth after getting sick all over the rose bushes. RE: The Founders Ball - Darius Carrington - 09-19-2019 Darius looked confused but nodded as he let her have some wine and started to walk out of the place. "I don't have any way to write with me. Do you have some at this place?" He then remembered she had her.money. He was already wondering what sort of nude painting he'd do. They were quite popular and he was sure it would be a masterpiece. RE: The Founders Ball - Sonia DeAngelis - 09-19-2019 "I do... The Diamond Pony is just down the road a way... Might be better to take a carriage, don't think I can walk," and then she gave a great yawn, the laudanum having hit full force even after she threw up most of it. It could have been much worse than her dozing off mid thought. RE: The Founders Ball - Darius Carrington - 09-19-2019 Darius looked uneasy. "I'm sure there's a few taxis out front that are just waiting for the party to end..okay.." He helped keep her steady and waved his arm to hail one of the cabs. He reached into his pockets to find some money to pay. "Are you going to be sick again ?" RE: The Founders Ball - Alexandra McPadraic - 09-19-2019 Alexandra sent an annoyed glare at the person that bumped into her. One of the Carrington triplets she was fairly positive from her quick glare. But she had more important matters to see to. Such as not being in this room. It took a short couple of steps to work out he was following her, but surely not? Her curiosity won out over her annoyance. Alex slipped through a set of curtains to one of the smaller side rooms which was empty to see if the boy was still following her. |
