RE: Looking for a job - Benny Green - 02-25-2020 Benny sighed and frowned. "Stop bothering my boss! He won't be hiring you at this rate. He stepped out, slightly. "You don't want me chasing you down the street do you?" RE: Looking for a job - James Longbottom - 02-25-2020 James looked at Benny. Then he made an obscene gesture. RE: Looking for a job - Benny Green - 02-26-2020 Benny's eyes widened and he folded his arms. "And you think you're mature enough to work for someone as respectable as my boss? You're a fool." RE: Looking for a job - James Longbottom - 02-26-2020 "You're a fool!" Clearly mature. RE: Looking for a job - Zechariah Meijer - 02-26-2020 He heard a shrill voice out the window. Hm. Maybe Mr. Benjamin was good with kids. RE: Looking for a job - Benny Green - 02-26-2020 Benny smirked. "I have a job that provides shelter and food, so clearly not. You just made a fool of yourself so you can't get a cushiony job." He did not, there was no way Benny would have allowed him in. "So who is truly the fool?" RE: Looking for a job - James Longbottom - 02-26-2020 "Then I'm gonna rob the house!" He stuck out his tongue and made a rude gesture again. RE: Looking for a job - Zechariah Meijer - 02-26-2020 Zechariah gaped, reading the climax of the story. It was the butler! And now for about ten pages of wish fulfillment where the detective got a medal, his dog back, and a girl that was far too well-bred for him. Yawn. RE: Looking for a job - Benny Green - 02-27-2020 Benny stormed up to the kid to try to grab his collar. "If you try to rob him, I have a right to protect his valuables. And you don't look strong, so get out of here." RE: Looking for a job - James Longbottom - 02-27-2020 James dived to the left and Benny narrowly missed him. Then the boy rushed forward, into the house - shutting the door behind him to lock Benny out - and rushed to find the room where he had seen Mr. - what was the name of the fellow again? "HelloserI'mJamesandIcanworkreallyhard!!!!" He said real fast, before someone interfered again. |
