RE: I'm a monster - James Longbottom - 05-20-2020 James took another rock and handed it to her. "Now try a window." RE: I'm a monster - Saoirse O'Connell - 05-20-2020 Saoirse was quite hesitant, regarding that, but figured that it's not really a big deal if she does it. So she took the rock, aimed at a window, and — instant guilt as soon as the window broke. RE: I'm a monster - James Longbottom - 05-20-2020 James on the other hand, laughed out loud now, despite the fact that a scream rose from the house. RE: I'm a monster - Saoirse O'Connell - 05-20-2020 Oh, that was very guilt-inducing. She let out a fake laugh as to seem like she's having fun. In reality, though, she's probably going to be haunted by this for a few months, at least. RE: I'm a monster - James Longbottom - 05-20-2020 "Let's go somewhere else, before they catch us," James whispered, and he rose and began to run. RE: I'm a monster - Saoirse O'Connell - 05-20-2020 Well, she agreed with that, at least. Saoirse nodded, stood up and began to run, following James to whereever he was going. RE: I'm a monster - James Longbottom - 05-20-2020 James ran through several streets and lanes until they reached the harbour. It was crowded with fishermen talking and having a smoke, boats unloading cargo, and seagulls bullying unsuspecting tourists. James stopped running at last and grinned back at Sooirse. "That was fun." RE: I'm a monster - Saoirse O'Connell - 05-20-2020 Saoirse stopped as they had reached their destination. She tucked behind her ear a few strands of hair, and laughed lightly as she looked down at James. "It was," she nodded. Not the ruining-people's-windows part, but the other parts. RE: I'm a monster - James Longbottom - 05-20-2020 James grinned. He held out his hand. "Can I have my sling shot back, please?" He didn't want the lady to keep it and run off with it to do pranks without him. RE: I'm a monster - Saoirse O'Connell - 05-20-2020 "Oh. Of course, of course," Saoirse said, realizing that she was still holding it. She gave it back to the kid. "there you go." |
