Anthony just stood very close to Tobias. He wasn't going to make the guy uncomfortable by actually touching him, but he was still a clingy bastard, hence why he's doing that.

Anthony began to hum to himself as he walked with Tobias, in part because he enjoyed doing so and in part because he thought it would make him pay attention to him. He just subtly looked up at Tobias and waited for him to notice him again.

Anthony was frustrated. He stopped humming and just started to walk faster so that he'd be in front of Tobias and it would be harder to not notice him.
