RE: Safe and Sound - Elijah Crane - 01-17-2020 Elijah looked shocked and dropped his line. He moved quickly to Will. "Are you alright?" He turned to Bram in surprise. "No matter what anyone says, you should never throw something at them. That could have really hurt him if it hit." RE: Safe and Sound - Abraham Ward - 01-17-2020 "I'm okay..." Will said. "Ye cow!" he shouted at Bram. "What happened?" Ben asked, frowning and looking around the room confused. Bram looked at Elijah with big eyes. Then at his sisters and his father. Suddenly he burst into tears, jumped up and ran out. RE: Safe and Sound - Elijah Crane - 01-17-2020 Elijah wanted to tell the older boy not to call names, but before he realized it Ben was awake and Bram ran away crying. "It'll be alright. Just .. just rest, Ben." He waved for him to lay down and stood up. "I'll go find him and bring him back. Please, no more fighting." RE: Safe and Sound - Anne Ward - 01-17-2020 Anne quickly moved in front of the broken cup. "Don't worry about it, father. Elijah's handling it just fine. "Bram -," Will started, but Alice cut in: "Bram and Will were having a petty argument." She gave her brother a hard look. Will glared, but bit his tongue. Ben frowned and looked at Elijah. RE: Safe and Sound - Elijah Crane - 01-17-2020 Anne had come to his rescue again. He smiled at her before nodding. "Just a little heated arguing between brothers. I'll be back. You're in charge Anne." He waved and headed out to find the young boy. RE: Safe and Sound - Alice Appleton - 01-17-2020 Alice opened her mouth, offended, but she closed it again. She was the eldest. Ben nodded. Luckily for all of them, he was too tired to inquire further and he dozed off to sleep again. Bram was not in the yard. RE: Safe and Sound - Elijah Crane - 01-17-2020 Elijah wasn't thinking about the trouble he caused in the house as he walked around trying to look for foot prints and called out for Bram. RE: Safe and Sound - Abraham Ward - 01-17-2020 Bram was still busy running. Finally, when he got tired, he sat down in the grass, all the way at the West cliff, plucking leaves of grass and tossing them away. RE: Safe and Sound - Elijah Crane - 01-17-2020 Luckily his fast steps were easy to follow. When he saw him up ahead he gave a huge sigh of relief. "Bram! There you are. Please just stay.." He slowed as he approached. RE: Safe and Sound - Abraham Ward - 01-17-2020 Bram didn't run, but he put his head on his arms. "I'm sorry," came his muffled voice. |
