Mable is a small girl, but not as visibly underfed as her brother. She has long, curly black hair that falls just above mid-back, and is often tied or braided back. She is freckled generously across her shoulders, arms, and legs from days spent playing outside. All of her dresses are torn or stained somewhere, now more than ever. |

Mable was born in 1882 and spent every day she possibly could since then outside, climbing trees and digging for worms and making friends with every animal that would let her. By her side for every adventure was her brother, Eddie, regardless of bruises and beatings given out by their father.
Just a few months after her 13th birthday, Eddie picked her up and together, they traveled to New York and got on a boat to England. A late birthday gift, her brother told her. They’ll travel the whole world now that she’s old enough.
Somewhere along the way, she was informed of her fathers suicide. But his body is back in Pennsylvania, along with her brother's name, and his childhood, and his smile.
