"Goodbye," said Anthony as Tobias left, because the other man didn't have the manners to do so. He stood in the doorway and waited awkwardly for about a minute, waiting for Tobias to leave leave, and then he also left the building. No way in hell he's going to give his hard-earned new money to a doctor when he could spend it on much better things.
