Ok, this was going too far. "Look, I can't give you any more. I've a wife, and will have a child soon." Technically he could give more, but he just didn't want to.

"Whatever your issue with Elijah... you should probably clear it up. He's a good man." Was he? Tobias didn't know him that well, but he had gone out of his way to find Alice and Anne when they had run away and he showed real concern about the people around him - even if he had outbursts.

"It's alright." He was just sticking around to see whether or not this guy was going to give him more money or not. It seemed like he wasn't gonna do that  so Anthony was now waiting for a cue to leave and go bother someone else with his sob stories.
