RE: Surprise! - Elijah Crane - 02-10-2020

The taller man shrugged, "Other than having to walk out in it, I like it. It can be calming and relaxing like the water, and usually people prefer to stay in so there's less trouble. " He smiled and rubbed the back of his neck. "Of course, we can still go out if you want. Or do it another day, I won't force you into ill weather."

RE: Surprise! - Anthony Rowe - 02-10-2020

"Rain's fine, I just don't like being out in it very much. I don't like my hair being wet," Anthony said, because clearly his hair is the most important thing here, of course. "I'n fine either way. Let's see if it actually rains tomorrow, though, before deciding." He shrugged, looking into the sea.

RE: Surprise! - Elijah Crane - 02-10-2020

Elijah looked surprised but nodded. He had no reason to hurry a decision either way. He looked at the sea quietly as he enjoyed the atmosphere and the company.

RE: Surprise! - Anthony Rowe - 02-10-2020

Anthony enjoyed the moment and the silence—it was all surprisingly relaxing and nice. Maybe he should take more walks. He started humming again, rather quietly, as to not ruin the quiet and gentle athmosphere there was here.

RE: Surprise! - Elijah Crane - 02-10-2020

Elijah closed his eyes for a moment. He hugged himself as the cold wind and just the winter weather got to him a little but he didn't want to move. The sounds, smells, and even the bitter cold wind all mixed together in a moment in time he didn't want to waste.

"We should certainly come more often."

RE: Surprise! - Anthony Rowe - 02-10-2020

"Yeah, we should," Anthony said. Being able to just relax and unwind like this was very therapeutic and nice, and he enjoyed it greatly—he really should do this more often. Other than the fact that it was cold he was actually shivering because of that, this was alright and fine and he could get used to this. "I would enjoy it a great deal."

RE: Surprise! - Elijah Crane - 02-10-2020

It was tempting. So so tempting. He glanced around and saw they were alone. He leaned in so their shoulders touched. "Sorry you're cold. We can head back soon if you like? Perhaps when the weather is warm, we can step in the water." There would be more people then unfortunately.

RE: Surprise! - Anthony Rowe - 02-10-2020

"It's not that bad, but we can head back if you like," Anthony said with a small grin, trying to now supress his shivering now that Elijah had noticed it. "perhaps we could. I think I'd like that. Though there's certainly a bit of time until it's warm enough for that." And Anthony wasn't very enthusiastic about being in cold water.

RE: Surprise! - Elijah Crane - 02-10-2020

"Lets head back then. I could stand a but of warming up myself." He smiled as he turned to start the long walk back to his place. "Yes, but I like to think about the future when there's something to consider. " He blushed and glanced over, "Do you ever think about the future?"

RE: Surprise! - Anthony Rowe - 02-10-2020

"Let's go, then," Anthony said, smiling back at Elijah, starting the walk back to his place. He could do with some actual warmth, again.

"Not often," he said. "I'm just used to living in the here and now, rather than...thinking ahead, I guess." Though it was true that he had been thinking more about the future as of recent.
